I have a large abscess from the top of my cheekbone to half way down my jaw I can only open my mouth 1 cm roughly I went to the dentist he couldn't look in my mouth because I couldn't open it I was prescibed the 2 strongest antibiotics and they aren't working the swelling hasn't went down I now have ear ache and pain down 1 side of my neck and get a twitch above my eye I have been using hot salty water in my mouth and nothing ?

Sounds very serious, those infections can spread rapidly and cause your airway to cutoff... you may need IV antibiotics. You should go to an oral surgeon or the hospital emergency room

Definitely get to emergency!
