My gas furnace shuts down occasionally. I reset the switch, it may work for a day or less. I then reset it and continue process. There are no blinking lights on module. Thermostat is calling for heat, but nothing has been initiated until reset. Thermo Pride ghc-70 model.

Is this a oil furnace?
If it is a oil furnace it needs a service for the burner. The reset button is actually telling you that the furnace is misfiring and needs a tune up. The only other time the reset will trip is if you are just about out of oil but you have hit it enough times and it ran so I do not think you are out of oil.

Its gas fired. Does the control module tell the induce fan to start up? I pressed pressure switch in and the induce motor started, initiating the start up and it runs fine for a few hours etc.

I am confused. You said you reset the switch? Does your pressure switch have a reset button?
The control module or circuit board usually controls all aspects of the furnace operation for safety.
