Need to change the traction and blower belts. How do I remove and replace them? It's a ~1991 Snapper 8261 Snowblower.

Hi,
The manuals are available at the Snapper site, though neither tells how to do it. Make a diagram and notice how you disassemble. Remember that it is easier to install on the larger sheaves than the smaller. See:
