I have baseboard heat in my place. And the only way for my place to get good heat is when I turn the thermostat up to 90, and it has to be kept on 90 for me to get my place warmed up. If I try to lower it to 65-80 it's as if nothing was on. I simply can't afford to have the heat turned to 90 everyday all say just to get comfortable heat. My landlord said that I have to let he heat kick in... but for how long 24hrs??

What kind of dwelling do you live in? Trailer, second story apartment, house?

Do the baseboards get hot? Too hot to touch or just lukewarm? Can you hear the water making noise as it is circulating?
