I was talking to this guy at first so he tell me he has a girfirend after about a year then he says that he is going to give my number to one of his friends what do I do ? So then his friend texts me how should I handle this situation

You tell him not to pass your number to any one without your permission, and if he persists, you tell him how wrong that was.

Nobody should give your number to another person without your say so. If the other guy texts you ignore him. And I'd drop the other guy-he's not a friend nor is he in charge of your social life.

Don't give out your number and don't allow anyone to pass it on. In this day and age you never know who'll end up with it. It's a dangerous world out there!
