I let my friend drive to the store while he was stopped in the turn lane waiting for the light to turn green,witch at the time of accident was still red, a truck going about 45 mph plowed into my car completely tottalling it it also had pushed my car into the car in front of it,and then that car into the next.now my cars registration is out,and have no insurance what rights do I have

If your car was insured at the time of the accident, you turn it over to them ( assuming you have full coverage)

As if there are any claims against you for any partial fault by the cars you hit ( pushed into them) those claims are also turned over to your insurance.

If you had no insurance at the time of the accident, or did not have full coverage insurance, you sue the person who hit you.
