Check the heater blower fuse and heateer blower relay, located in the under hood fuse/relay box, first.

Honda blower fan motors are very reliable--I've never seen a bad one. I would begin by disconnecting the negative battery terminal, removing the heater blower relay and cleaning contacts with abrasive cloth. I would also remove and clean the contacts going to the heater blower fuse. Finally, I would clean the connector going to the heater blower motor. Apply dielectric grease to all connections; otherwise, spray contacts with WD-40.

If the problem persists, I would thoroughly test/replace the relay before replacing the blower motor. You can test the blower motor itself by hooking up a fused jumper wire directly between the positive battery terminal and the blower motor.

If you decide to remove and replace the blower motor:

. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

. Disable the air bag, if equipped.

. Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor, which should be located under the dash, behind the glovebox.

. Remove the three mounting screws and remove the blower motor.

. Separate the blower motor from the fan wheel and place the fan on the blower motor.

. Botton things up.
