My Easyshare software has stopped working. As soon as I open the program a film covers the screen and I get a message saying it is no longer working. Any ideas??

If you are using a SD card you can download it that way with an adaptor. Another way would be to use (depending on the camera) either USB or Firewire to connect it to your computer. Almost all picture programs allow for downloading provided you have the drivers already in place.

When I try to send an email the "botton" does not seem to be activated. It used to work but suddenly it is not "lite up". What is the fix?
