I might be crazy and I can't remember specifically but my mom had it taped when I was little I think it aired on the family channel and she just moved so the tape is gone but it was labeled "dumberkin" but that's not the real title cause I've googled it lol
Its about a boy who's toys get stolen from this dumberkin character... now the boy is real but this dumberkin guy is a cartoon who is rather large and I think one toy is a doll one is a bunny rabbit I can't remember... the toys are all cartoon too and they chase this bad guy who is making counterfeit money but they think that its real money, who is also a cartoon... I believe there are talking trees in it and the boys father (who is also a real person) chases after his son in this boat after his son goes to find his toys... I could be way off but this is what I remember and I just kind of thought of this movie the other day after my parents moved... any help would be greatly appareciated!
