I`m not sure if this was a movie or some TV Christmas special, but here it goes.

It must be from the 80s or early 90s. It was a live action Christmas movie, but it featured two cartoon mice. I think it was some Christmas mystery movie, and it involved two women. That`s all I can remember. Help?
