My 1999 Honda Civic stalls (just loses all power). Most of the time it will restart on the first try, but a few times it has taken 5 or 6 tries. I had this same problem about four years ago. Honda replaced the ignition switch and it was fine until about six months ago. Honda replaced ignition switch again and it seemed okay. Now it's happening again, could I possible have gotten a bad ignition switch? Any other ideals?
