I am going to start my bathroom remodel soon. I'm thinking of tearing down the wall between the bathroom and kitchen, and moving it either 16" or 32" to make the bathroom bigger. It's not a load bearing wall. I was wondering how hard it would be moving the toilet & sink (and a heat register, but that's for a different post), as they are both on that wall. I would also have to move the tub drain, as that goes in by the toilet. I have cast iron coming from the tub & toilet, and they both connect to PVC. The bathroom is small, and the extra room would be nice. We just aren't sure if it would be worth the effort if it would cost too much. The kitchen is going to be the next room, so losing the wall there wouldn't bother us for long. Thanks a lot.:D
