The toilet won't flush properly, and it has little suction.

We looked from underneath the toilet, and used a snake,any other thoughts as to what it could be?

Are vyou saying you pulled the toilet and checked the trap and it was clear? Do you have a weak flush where the water simply swirls around and slowly goes down? Or does it overflow? Let me know, Tom
