Um what are safe stunts for middle school cheerleaders

This would be hard to explain on the net would it not. You would have to see stunts performed before you could learn them.

: 1. Smallest Person on top 2 strong kids on bottom. If you want to be careful during stunts wear knee pads and elbow pads.If you feel like your going to fall during a stunt have 2 spotters : 1 in the back 1 in the front and have the people that are holding you up catch you when you are falling . Here are some tips on cheering stunts:
1. Never ever do a stunt on concreat or in the street .
2. Always wear knee pads and elbow pads
3. Always have an adult outside during and after the stunt.
