Using a standard deck of playing cards give the probability of the following:

Select a card from the deck. Place the card back in the deck. Select another card. What is the probability that both cards will be black?

And then... Select a card from the deck. Do NOT replace the card. Select another card. What is the probability that a red 3 and a face card are the 2 cards you selected?

Select a card from the deck. Place the card back in the deck. Select another card. What is the probability that both cards will be black?Take P(1st. Card is black) * P(2nd card is black)

And then... Select a card from the deck. Do NOT replace the card. Select another card. What is the probability that a red 3 and a face card are the 2 cards you selected?Same idea ; P(1st. Card is red 3) * P(2nd card is face card) + P(1st. Card is face card) * P(2nd card is red 3)

Be careful with the second problem. Since the card is not replaced, then after the first draw there are 51 cards to choose from.
