My sister has been married for five years to her husband and is blessed with two kids that almost took her life when she was giving birth to them.They won the American Lottery and moved to the united states.Her husband played a trick that they should go to Africa to be back before 6months.She left all she got in the united states just for her to be disgraced by her husband that she was cheating on him in the united and paste all her emails and pictures between my sister and they guy she was chilling with on the internet.Now she send her packing and seized her green Card and social security saying Immigration and Social Security Administration never send her green card and social security card.Now he is filling for a divorce and claiming that my sister before legally getting married to him was married to some one else and the certificate was never annulled.All this are mere lies and he is doing all this just for her green Card to be revoke by all possible cost and I don't want that to happen.can some one advice me on how to get my sister back into the US? Or can her Green Card be rovoked?

I assume she did not file a re-entry permit before leaving US, if so she must return to US within 6 months. She needs to have green card with her.. present this to immigration officer.
