Hi! I am a senior at college and will be graduating in the Fall of 2010 (Im so excited!)

I will have a psychology degree. However, I have no idea what to do with it. Also, I haven't really learned a lot, I just picked a major that would allow me to graduate in four years.

What I want to do after I graduate is go BACK to school for nursing (NOT grad school, I have a horrible gpa) But I don't know where to start or what to look for. I want to do one of those year or so long programs so that way I can at least get a job with a nursing background and college degree and work up from there.

I live in San Diego Ca. If anyone has any information or suggestions, and the estimate of cost and if can still apply for financial aid for a type of school like this.

Thanks!

There is no fasttrack in nurses training, RN, maybe RPN (registered practical nurse) may be a shorter course but not just one year.

I suggest you start calling around and doing some footwork, no idea what estimated cost is, or a financial aid programme. That information can all be obtained at a college of your choice.

Edit: Google 'nursing courses in San Diego' you will come up with many websites to choose from.
