I'm just a little confused. I just started on the pill last Monday. I understand when your on your pill you don't ovulate. But I'm not sure if it will work this month. Okay so today is Thursday and I slept with this guy and he came inside of me. If I was to ovulate I think it might be around this time. I had my period on the 28th of October and then my last one November 28th. I usually have a 28 day cycle but that was late. I also missed my pill on Tuesday also. I have a low chance of being pregnant right? My doctor never said how the pill works.

You did a few things wrong.
1. It takes the pill at least one month to start working. You've been on it since last Monday. The doctor should have told you that you need to use other protection for at least the first month.
2. You missed a pill. That's not good.
3. The pill isn't 100% effective, even when used correctly, which you didn't. There are women on this site that were on the pill, used a condom and another form of birth control, all used correctly, and still became pregnant.
No way to know for sure if you are or you aren't until you take a pregnancy test. Now you get to play the waiting game.

There are good chances of being pregnant, ( as good as any)
The pill was not having any effect at this point and time. It takes 30 days as noted for it to start having effect.
And even after 30 days missing even one can greatly increase the chances of failure.
And even when done perfectly there are still chances
