I have court tomorrow for violating supervisory treatment because I didn't go to my drug counciling meetings. I have gone to my meetings since I received the order to be in court. Do I still have to worry, or should I have the court probation officer call him, or what. I am very confused and would love some answers.

Thank you.

The court probation officer is the one who violated you, and is most likely going to be there to testify against you . And they don't "call" the judge they either write reports that are reviewed or they come in person and testify.

But of course you are going NOW, they will want to know why you did not go before

I was violated before and got a chance to speak with the court probation officer before my hearing and she gave me an extra 6 months of probation instead of sending my case back to trial. Could it be the same outcome this time?
