1990 Honda Lx 5 spd, 1.5L:

Intermittent issues with starting, multiple electrical issues w/car:
Driving down the road, signal for a right turn... DEAD!

1) No ECU power (no LED initiate)
2) No dashboard lights (including any "sequences")
3) Radio works
4) Engine cranks, no start
5) All fuses checked
6) ICU seems "okay", checked diodes/relay.
7) Clutch interrupt relay does not fire, contact must be manually closed to start car.

Before I go any further: Does the ECU or the ICU feed the dashboard telltales?

ECU: 8 bills!
ICU: 2 bills!
Car: 10 bills

I either fix it or burn it.

8) Main relay checked out okay a month ago, resoldered anyway.

9) heads/tails work, but left outer socket rusted and filled with water, so trunk has a leak right above that socket. Disconnected both tails.
10) Piezo on ICU pcb is intermittent and only sounds if harness is "jiggled" behind fuse panel.
11) electric mirrors work,
12) Windows do not work.

AGAIN: Is this an ECU problem? We just had 3 days of rain here, I am thinking...

Fixed: Ignition switch!
