I have been working for this company for the past 4 years I have always been honest but recently I have gotten a new job and put my notice in .I made the most stupidest mistake in my life I stole approx $800.00 over this past 2 weeks and got caught on my last shift I didn't deny it I appoligized I have never done anything so serious as this .what could come out of this I live in the province of Newfoundland

We can't say, all judges have different opinions, but $800 is a lot of money and you were premeditating, taking it over a period, that is not good and doesn't appear well for your character.

Obviously you'd of had to give it back and if they gave you a court date and this is your first offence they would probably have made you give a donation to a regestered charity of your choice.. depending on the province.. the charge would then be dropped... this is what happened to me :) hope that answers your Q
