Ran into 3 machines I got back going after being taken over by thes Rouge/Scarewares. On the 4th, I have not been able to get Internet Explorer back, From what I understand, It may just be disabled in Registry.
Any Ideas to get it back?

I'd suggest downloading the install file from Microsoft on another machine, and reinstalling it from that.

I had found this if all else fails:
How to reinstall or repair Internet Explorer in Windows Vista and Windows XP (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378)
Curious of the other way. In Registry.
Thanks again.

Check here, it's a good resource:
Troubleshooting Windows XP, Tweaks and Fixes for Windows XP (http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm)

There is a way to fix it via the GUI. You can go to your control panel under Start Menu > Settings, make sure it is in classic mode and then click on "Add/Remove Programs" for XP or just "Programs" for vista. You will see on the left a link that says "Windows Components." In that list you will see a selection for Internet Explorer, make sure it is enabled and then Next, Next, Ok, Apply, etc.

That usually puts it back where it needs to go.

I will have to try that when I get home, I forget if this one can still access Control Panel, if not I will try:
APPWIZ.CPL in the run box for accessing the Control Panel. Thanks
