My friend lost the coverage on the only cancer drug she's on. It's taking
Forever to appeal it and it's over $400/month. The absolute best
Hospital in NY rec it but it's not listed for this diagnosis because it's so
Very rare. Anyway, what I'm asking is, are there reliable online Canadian
Pharmacies online or must one go to Canada. The same meds are under
$200

In order for a Canadian pharmacy to be able to fill her prescription, they would have to contact the doctor issuing the prescription. You would not be able to get it filled on line.

Yes, I know there are on line pharmacies in Canada, but you still have to present your prescription by fax or mail before it is filled. It isn't all that easy and more difficult if the doctor prescribing th medication in the US cannot be reached. I am not saying don't try it, just be willing to wait. Are you too far away to travel over the border to Canada to have it filled ?

Faxing or mailing would not be a problem. The doctor is in a large
Institution and may not be as easy to
Reach. I live in NY, just outside the
City. I would have to fly to Canada.

It isn't a very complicated or long drive through NY state to reach Quebec or Ontario side where you can find a pharmacy, jammie.
