I'm unsure if any beauty supply store carries something that can effectively lighten the arms, unless it contains ingredients that makes it adulterated? I would like to know this as well.

He he.. lol, I don't know. If I knew I would have been using it already unfortunately. Maybe if you mix a few tubes of f&w excusive gel in with a lightening lotion, then maybe it will work. But, I'm waiting for my lactic acid to arrive and I'll apply it to my arms and hands for awhile, then retry the hq/retin-a. hopefully that will work. It seems as though bodily lighteners at the beauty stoer are innefective, and if they do work they usually have steroids in them.
