My sisters furnace keeps popping the red reset button on her oil furnace. I believe it is an ignition control center. I replaced it a few weeks ago because it would not reset. The furnace will work fine for like 2-3 days then pop the reset button. Some days it needs to be reset 2-3 times a day. The red trouble code light does not blink to show what is wrong. What could cause this to happen?

When was the last time that oil burner was professionally serviced. A flame out or other burner problems causes the reset/safety control to trip to start with so replacing the control is not fix for this situation as you have found out. Time for a burner tune up.
