Is it possible for an adult to get his or hers back support or ssi from a deceased parent? There was never a support order and the father was killed when the kid was a baby and the mother is now deceased...

Are you the child or are you the caregiver of the child?
Also, who would be paying you this money? If both parents are dead then how are you going to collect child support?

First, please pay more attention to posting guidelines. There is a Read First sticky at the top of the Children forum (where this was moved from) which directs questions of a legal nature here.
If no support was ever applied for, there is no back support to collect. However, the child may have been eleigible for SSI payments. You need to check with the SSA to see if the child was entitled to payments and if they can be paid retroactively.

If there was never a support order, then NO, there is no money due from for support since none was ordered.

No, there was never a support order so no support was ever owed. Any government aid that the surviving parent or caregiver could have gotten was for them to raise the child not for the child to spend as they want. But again that would have had to have been sought when the child was still a minor.
