Honestly, how do you fit in cardio, weight training and yoga during the weekdays?
I work 8AM-4PM and after 2 days of trying to fit it all in I feel exhausted. I wake up at 630, stretch do some yoga or maybe a quick pilates workout. Until 4 I'm working. When I get home I have dishes, food to make; then to clean, shower, laundry.. ext. I try to fit in 45 minutes of cardio after supper sometime, but I can only do so much with the time I have. Wheres my time to exercise? How do people with 9 hr work days do it?
Ideas or helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks

Get yourself a good man that will help around the house and maybe you'll have a little more time or ride a bike or walk to work or something

Switch off the television. You'd be amazed (and horrified) at how much time you spend watching television without realising it. You might be watching while you are sorting laundry, but the chances are that you'll work slower, and not leave the TV until the program you are watching is over.

Thank you for responding, but my man works harder and longer then I do. Switching off the tele was a great suggestion, thank you. But again I do need some sort of free time,(watching tv) to stay sane. I can't be a robot my whole life.

No need to be a robot. Plug in your earphones and put on your favourite music when you are exercising. If anything television makes you a robot, you end up spending far too much time watching.

Record your favourite programs, so you can watch them when you are finished your exercise (and fast-forward the ads) and you'll be surprised how often you don't bother.

Don't compare yourself to other people. There will always be people who work more or less than you. Do what you need to do for you.
