My father died in 2005 and made a will out stating property that he haves and any property that he has conjointly. But his mother is still living and she has her will made out with him receiving property. The one that he will made out to will they come in on his mother will.

What happened to his will? Was it ever probated? Any property he had any level of ownership of that was not with right of survivorship should have been distributed to his heirs.

If his mother's will leaves him property, those bequests would probably be void unless the bequests specified him or his heirs. A deceased person cannot inherit, though their estate can if it hasn't been closed.

If his mother is still alive he can not collect anything if she dies, So the mother needs to change her will before she dies
