Hey guys. Something REALLY strange happened to me. Please help me out here!

First of all let me say I've always had amazing health, great erections and all.

However I've started doing penis exercises (jelqing streching, anoyone know what it is?) about what, 1 month ago? I did it like 5 or 6 times, 10 times maximum. The thing is I did them without lubrificant or warm up or anything. But that didn't do anything wrong, I was still the same in every way, I could still keep an erection. (maybe even better then before! ). Yesterday however I did some jelqing THE PROPER WAY, with warmup and lubrificant and all of those things. I did it for like 5 minutes TOPS. And I also masturbated yesteday, and I've been doing kegel exercises for a while too. But I always tought that was completley safe no?

Anyway today... Damn, I can't keep an erection! I feel the blood just flowing out of my penis... I am excited, I wish I could keep an erection. I woke up today and my penis was like 60% erect... And only for like 2 minutes. It was really weak. I used to have PERFECT erections for a long period NO PROBLEM. I was also watching some porn today, and I couldn't even get excited. It's like the penis is tierd. It feels really tierd... I'm completley worried about this... Is it possible that so much kegel exercises made it tierd, like I need to recover now, let it rest? Or maybe because I masturbated yesterday I have to wait a copule of days so I can do it again? I used to be able to masturbate 3 times a day though... What do I do? Should I wait a while to see how it progresses? Right now it is VERY tierd, my penis, I can't describe it. It is falling down, and I can't stimulate it, if I touched itbefore it would be immediately erected, and now... nothing. Nothing seems to provoke a reaction anymore. What do I do? Is this irreversible? I've read someone got permanent damage from penis exercises before too. I just did it like 6 7 times... But I think yesterday caused it, but I did it right. People do it 500 times and nothing happens, how could it have happened to me? Any advice?

I hope this will solve itself with time... I can't keep an erection now, I can't even stimulate myself. Yesterday it was COMPLETLEY different. Any advices someone?

Hi, goodguy, I can tell you are a completely upset about this.

I had to Google 'jelquing' to find it is massaging exercises, which in itself sounds to be safe, and would be stimulating on its own to my way of thinking. Kegels are safe, so between the two, goodguy, I don't think that either one are doing you any harm.

Give it a rest of two or three days, get your mind of it, do no exercises and see how that goes.

He needs the weekend off. Take him to the park,or to a movie, and only use him for routine functions.

Tonight, give him a warm bath, and then off to bed early.

He might need a checkup too.
