Okay this is super embrassing [embarrassing?] for me... but what the hell..

I have a kind of darker skinned area around my anus [eek] and I want to bleach that.

I'm no bleach expert and I don't really want to go to a plastic surgeon to get that done.

What cream would you suggest?

I've glanced over a few threads but it's all mumbo jumbo to me and I understand nothing... so bare with me if your trying to explain something to me and I get lost.

Hello muddy, welcome to the "dark side of the moon" aka skin lightening forum, OK so to lighten that area there are many different options. Depending on what type of lightening agent you want to use to lighten the area. You can go all natural and use lightening creams that contain, sefi white, arbutin, kojic acid. For an area such as the anus I would suggest the strongest natural lightener on the market right now and that would be sefi white.

Now if you want to use chemicals HQ works great and it will definitely lighten but there are health risk associated with the usage of HQ (Hydroquinone) but the benefits are its cheap and very effective.

Where would I get these online or at like a Wal-mart?

Lol, np, I am not sure if walmart sells any skin lighteners and if they do it's most likely they are HQ based. But you can do a Google search and lots of companies will pop up.

There is a product that's quite popular for the "donut bum"... :p called Divine Derrière divinederriere.com and eBay should have it cheaper. It was spoken about briefly over here, there are even salons that soe this for people too.

But after two weeks using it... it's basically gone!

I ordered another thing of it. I love this stuff.

Yeap that's the one I used.

My skin is really sensitive, it tingled and kind of itched a bit but meh I got over it -haha

My next mission is to lighten that area between my thighs and where my umm other lips begin...

This is fun. For me anyway.

I wonder if I can bleach my arm hair so I don't have to wax it off...

Glad to hear it worked Mudweiser! It does have a lot of really good lightening ingredients in there so I'm sure it will help to lighten other areas you want lightened as well. Remember you'll most likely have to maintain the areas that you lightened a couple of times a week so that they will not return darkened.

As for you M, call me a grump but I did not find that funny at all... meh

Yeah... from what my friend told me she uses their gel wash in the shower once a week to maintain her results. I think it has HQ in it.

OK so I have tried bleaching bum and "more"... here has been my experience... kojic acid.. well let's just say acid!! On my bum and then sum.. (not a good idea).. irritation for me and this was over the ocunter kojic lighteners... I tried pink wink, and diana stalder products. And I must mention after all of that... still no lightening... in fact after the irritation cleared it got darker

... then I tired HQ 4.. Becaue I'm brown so anything less will not lighten... and I got an ill irritation too and not to mention some minor peeling... my bum was bearable... but let's just say the "and then sum" area was not too bearable... and mind you. I'm careful so I only put it sparingly where I felt super over pigmented... goo dluck... I know lots of people successfully (porn stars) do this but again they never share their secrets...
