You left a number off the model #. The parts breakdown is here: WHIRLPOOL | Model #LER4634JQ1 | RESIDENTIAL DRYER | SearsPartsDirect.com (http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/getModel!retrieveModelDetails.pd?modelNumber=LER46 34JQ1&productCategoryId=0151200&brandId=1198&modelName=RESIDENTIAL-DRYER)

The wiring diagram should be on the unit. Look at the diagram, there may be a resettable limit switch or there is also a thermal fuse.

Since the problem is electrical, I believe you will need a multimeter to troubleshoot.

Heating element and/or thermal fuses could be bad. So, the first check is to see if the element gets power. Check for 240 VAC across the element.

If it gets, power then remove one terminal and check the resistance of the element.
