My Rheem quit lighting. I cleaned flame sensor nothing. It does work once in awhile. The 2 green leds light no orange. Once in awhile when it lites I get steady orange. When it tries to lite it will go through whole sequence lite for 10 seconds then go out. Then it won't work for several days. I replaced flame sensor cleaned ignitor probes. Do I need to replace board or are there other things to check first.

Cleaned the ignitor probes?? I hope it was made of metal,, many ignitors are not made to be cleaned

The status light should provide clues, if you can check it when the system is malfunctioning. Look for a service legend/label inside the front/blower panel(s).
