I have an ex friend that says I owe him money. At this time I fail to see that. I believe that we are about even. He has possession of some of my personal property and is using it for his benefit. The total value on this property is 15 to 20,000. I want it back. He will not supply me with any of the records of where he spent the money that I paid him. I want to file a lien on his property along with loss of use on most of the items. The items that I would like the loss of use on are a tractor, round bale feeders, and all the cattle items that he is in possession of. He has been told to not use the tractor, but I believe that he is anyway. This man preys on people. His mom is embezeling money from his aunt (she's had a stroke and is not lucid) to pay his land payment. He will lose the property in the spring of 2010 because he will have to refinance the mortgage and has no job, nor any other income except what his mom gives him. Let me know what can be done to help me.
