When applying for jobs, if I have a misdeameaner record and was only on probation, do I need to put that on applications?

Depends. If the applications for criminal charges, it would be wise. If it asks for only felony charges then no. When they run a background check, they will find it anyway. But if they don't ask for it, then they won't be looking at it for employment reasons.
