If you are still waiting for your discharge papers and some collectors are still sending you letters what should you do?

I'd contact your Attorney AND notify the creditors of the bankruptcy. Be sure to show the file number.

First they should have been served notice by the court, but you give them your attorneys name, and case number.

Kind of a late question but are the creditors who are calling listed on your Bankruptcy Petition?

Notify them of the case #, filing date, your Attorney's name. Is there a discrepancy between the amount you filed and what they are claiming?

This certainly happens but when it's more than one collector I have to wonder what the problem could be.
