Am a junior sales executive in a software company and I was asked to send a introductory mail to some of the perspective clients. Please help me out of what to add that mail.

Well, I would start with giving them an idea of what sort of software you're selling and why they should bother reading your letter. My first thought would be "junk mail!" unless there was something in the beginning to immediately catch my attention. I'm a real sucker for things that claim they will make my life easier and make things less stressful
