I have wood laminate flloors that were covered in polyuthane. They now have these little bubbles in them. How do I remove the poly without damaging the floors?

Did you apply the poly or was it factory installed?

Just brought the home... but it looks like the poly came on by the previous owner

Then you must sand the old poly with very fine paper to feather the edge between the bubble and the firmly attached poly. Remember that you are only trying to feather so you will get a nice transition between old and new. Now you can apply your first of several coats of new poly. Shop around for the poly designed for flooring not just the plain poly.

Any particular grade of sand paper. It looks like just one coat was used on the floor

Only one coat, then try feathering with just 0000 steel wool first
