Kenmore H3 washer 110.44832200 won't spin up to high speed in Normal, Heavy Duty, Whitest Whites cycles. Will sometimes slip between High and Medium spin speeds. Extra Spin doesn't spin up to High, either. Drain/Spin botton does not respond. "The Bearing", as described by repairman, replaced last year due to banging at beginning of Spin cycle. What can I check myself before resorting to expensive service call?
