Because there are about 30,000 different denominations I find it impossible to answer your question well.
Some denominations is insist on immersion while others use sprinkling or pouring of the water.
Some denominations baptize inn the name of Jesus Christ only while others do so in the name of the Holy Spirit.
Most that I am aware of Baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit amd with water.
According to the bible that way is the proper way to Baptize.
