My company owed money to a creditor, Their lawyer successfully ordered my bank to freeze my corporate account. They did not get the full amount of the debt, and now they are trying to do desame. However I have since closed that bank account and am no longer a corporation. I am now a sole proprietor. I also declared chapter 7 and included this creditor in my list of creditors. What are my options?

Discuss this with the attorney that handled your Chapter 7.

Did you include in your bankruptcy any and all debts you may owe your corporation.
Since it is the corporatoin that owed them the money ( unless you signed to also be personally responsible for debt)
But if they can show where assests of the corporation was transferred to your new busniess they may try to tie it to the coporation as far as the sell off and payment of debts by the corporation.
* they merely need to show that your change in business was an attempt to avoid paying the debt. If so, any property or money or accounts payable of your old coporation, may be attachable.
Depends on how you liquidated your corp.
