That must be a old one. See if the diagram is on the back side of the blower door. If not you might be toast since they are not readily available it seems.

One item that you should check before you put any time in the wiring is to check the heat exchanger for cracks or hot spots. The old Homart furnaces were known for these safety problems and if present that furnace could kill you with CO. The Homatrs are at least 40 to 50 years old and way past there life cycle duration. I like old stuff myself since it brings back memories of my younger HVAC service days but they can be dangerous so I am just passing this info along.

Now if you could find the real model number some tracking could be done. In the mean time try this to see if it is one of the old two cell types.

KENMORE | Model #867761831 | GAS-FIRED SECTIONAL FURNACES | SearsPartsDirect.com (http://www.searspartsdirect.com/partsdirect/getModel!retrieve.pd?pop=true&modelNumber=867.761831)

BTW for your info almost all Sears furnaces made back then were made by the Dornback furnace company.

You might get lucky
Adams manufacturing company now owns the Dornback name and you can contact them at the number below.
