I use to weigh 136 pounds. Then I gained like 70 pounds very quickly by eating a lot of PB&J sandwiches.

Now I want to loose the weight again. I already lost 20 pounds. But that's not enough.

What should I eat to make sure I loose and maintain this weight?

And how many calories and meals should I eat a day?

You should keep a calorie count of all of the foods you eat. Make sure you eat a balanced breakfast with fruits and grains in the morning for energy. It's healthy and filling. For dinner, have a decent amount of protein in your food. If you have meat, it should be no bigger than the palm of your hand. Steamed, grilled or baked veggies go great with chicken and steak. Also, soymilk is really good for you, so maybe have a glass a day or something like that if you can afford it. :)

Also, go for a 30 minute walk a day. It will help you stay in shape! And if you want to tone, maybe some crunches also. :)

Peanut butter and jelly alone doesn't make you gain 70 pounds. I pretty much lived on them as a kid and I was underweight for years. I would look at other things in your life and diet. What other things do you eat? And what is your exercise routine like?

Yeah, but what else are you eating or drinking? 5 pb &j's a day all by themselves for an extended period don't give you nearly enough nutrition or calories to even maintain a healthy weight. There has to be something more than just too many pb & j alone going on

Junk food as well.

Candy, Pie, Chips, etc. etc.

Then do what I suggested. There are plenty of websites that help you plan a healthy meal.

Had to spread the rep ohsohappy, but yes, there are plenty of great websites to help people come up with healthy meal plans.

One of the easiest ways to stop eating junk food is to simply not buy it anymore. Rarely do I crave junk food so badly that I'll actually go out and buy it. But if it's sitting there in my pantry, you bet I'll get up and grab it if I want to munch on something.
