Keeprite Oil Fired Warm Air
Model FLO 115
Serial 1367
Age approx 25 years
Problem - Started to occur over last 6 months, good for many years
Under certain low barometric days no wind, exhaust fumes coming back through burner air in take 88 ppm carbon monoxide.
Furnace will run fine for a week then problem occurs
Furnace does short cycles on / off during problem times
To Date
Inspected flame - good
Have changed nozzle and filter
Adjusted air in take
Checked flew draft on low or no wind days - good
It was suggested That
Heat Exchanger may be partially plugged reducing the amount of required air required by the heat exchanger and causing a heat build up in the chamber and short cycling of furnace
Is there a schematic for this furnace I could view?
Have there been any recalls on this furnace?
All help comments appreciated
