I was just recently convicted of a Class C Felony for Manufacturing Meth. They based the case against me on a conspiracy theroy for providing a box of pills. So because my charge/conviction is a drug charge when I am done with my paper time and RCF time will I be able to get a passport? Oh and it is a state conviction not fed and in the state of Iowa if that makes any difference at all!

Hello Ike:

You can get a passport NOW. It's only identification.
