I can't remember the title of the book but I remember that there were two (possibly teenaged) girls. They went to the mall and noticed a store had closed down and that in its place was an (ice cream store)? Where they could eat all they wanted for cheap or free, and that after gaining so much weight from the ice cream they were able pay to step into a machine and have the fat taken off their bodies. The more they paid the more fat went away. Every time they walked into the machine they were given a blue dot on their wrist. Eventually everyone had blue dotted bracelets on their wrists.

Its been years since I've read this book and I can't remember all the details, but that is most of what I can remember. ANY BOOK TITLE SUGGESTIONS WOULD HELP ME OUT GREATLY!
