Today for some reason my computer is really screwed up, I can't switch users, because this security box pops up and say's "This computer is locked, only a computer admin can unlock it". I know how to unlock it, but how do I permanently unlock it? I mean unlock it so I don't ever have to type in a password just let someone else log in, or just to swith users? Please Help!

...how do I permanently unlock it?

Locking can be prevented when a screensaver activates by disabling the option from within the screensaver settings. However, any logged on user can manually lock it using CTRL-ALT-DEL or Windows-L. To disable this functionality, the registry must be edited. See link below. There might also be caveats doing this with XP Home vs. the Professional version.
