I kind of have a problem with blushing. For most people blushing happens when you are shy and embarrassed, but for me, it happens all the time.
I like to do drama, and I'm currently rehearsing for our school musical. I'll start a scene, be totally fine, and then by the time I've finished it be blushing scarlet.
It happens when I speak to boys, I'm not shy, it just happens.
It also happens when I sing.
It also happens when I laugh. I really do like to laugh a lot, but every time I do, I go scarlet, almost purple... how do I stop?
And with this blushing comes clammy hands... they just start becoming really sweaty, for no reason... I just don't understand...
How do I overcome the blushing and clammy hands, and do you suffer from this also?

Any type of emotional arousal can cause blushing, even if you don't feel particularly distressed by it. You might want to try some deep breathing or relaxation techniques. Regular exercise may help as well.
