I have had the implant for nearly a year and never have I blead whilst having it. I recently starting to get very sensitive and sore nipples, lower abdomanal pains and my stomach has increased in size in a very short space of time also my breasts have increased in size and are very heavy. I've then found that I have been blood spotting, it started very light and is now becoming a deeper colour of red. Also the abdomonal pains I was getting have turned into period like pains. Could these be signs of pregnancy? Or is this impossible. :confused:

Getting pregnant is always possible if you are having sex. No matter what kind of birth control you use it is possible.

You need to make an appointment with your doctor ASAP to have this checked out.
