I have a Kenmore model #106.74206400 that keeps freezing in frig section. Tried the self diagnostics, and Thermistor for both freezer/frig passed. When it came to damper test it showed a closed condition. But cold air is coming through to frig. I disassembled the control bd down to air damper motor and vane. It was in fact open. So, Do I have a bad damper motor or a bad control board that thinks the damper is closed? How would I isolate this? The temp in frig gets down to freezing 32 degrees. Can I block the vane completely? Guess not as that would cut air to frig right? Could it be my Thermostat? Thanks, Tom
