Hello :) I'm 5ft 8 and I weigh 60kg. I have a chubby face and an annoying belly and fat around on my chest. I want to look good and be healthy! I want to see a real change in 6 months but how? I am very busy at school with coursework and musical things. Is it better for me to grab a roll at school and have some meat and salad or just have the normal school lunch? How can I stop myself from eating snacks and chocolat? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
